18 MINUTE SPICED LAMB CHOPS
AND CHINESE VEGETABLES

Preparation time: 8 minutes Cooking time: 10 miuntes Serves: 4


 

1. Take 8 lean lamb loin chops.
Mix together 2 tablespoons soy sauce and 1 tablespoon each
honey and lemon juice, a crushed clove garlic and 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger.

2. Paint chops with this mixture and cook under pre-heated grill for about
5 minutes each side, brushing with a little marinade. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

3. At the same time, stir fry some frozen Chinese vegetables in a wok with 1
teaspoon oil and any remaining marinade. Serve alongside the lamb.
